HIFK and Jukurit meet in Helsinki on Saturday in the Liiga round. The match starts at 5:00 PM, but before that, HIFK’s club icon Lennart Petrell‘s jersey number 32 will be raised to the ceiling of the Helsinki Ice Hall.
From HIFK’s lineup, forward Vincent Marleau and defender Kalle Ervasti have been sidelined due to injuries sustained in Friday’s match against TPS. However, it seems that neither will be out for an extended period, as according to HIFK’s return estimates, both are expected to return to action in week 49, which is next week.
Marleau has scored 14 points with 6 goals and 8 assists in 26 games this season. Ervasti, who joined HIFK during the season, has recorded 4 points with 2 goals and 2 assists in 20 games.
