The French men’s ice hockey national team announced its squad for the Milan Olympics on Tuesday.

The group includes five Liiga players: Hugo Gallet (KalPa), Jules Boscq (HPK), Justin Addamo (Jukurit), Charles Bertrand (Sport), and Dylan Fabre (Ässät).

At this stage, France has named three goalkeepers, eight defenders, and 13 forwards. According to the federation, the team will name its final player in early January in accordance with an agreement made with the NHL. This player is expected to be Alexandre Texier, who represents the Montreal Canadiens.

France will play in Group A in Milan alongside Canada, the Czech Republic, and Switzerland. France is considered the clear underdog in the group.
