Finnish powerhouse with incredible stats: NHL is calling!

Lenni Hämeenaho has been called up to the New Jersey Devils NHL team.
The 21-year-old Finn has not yet played, as the Devils lost to the Carolina Hurricanes last night 1–4.
NHL reporter Amanda Stein reports that Devils head coach Sheldon Keefe stated after the game that Hämeenaho will travel with the team on the upcoming road trip.
Hämeenaho has played 33 games in the AHL this season, scoring 9+12=21 points.
Hämeenaho moved to North America this season from Porin Ässät. He played 58 games in the Liiga last season, achieving impressive stats of 20+31=51. Hämeenaho was selected for Finland’s national team for the World Championships last spring.
The Devils drafted him in the 2023 NHL Draft in the second round with the 58th pick.
