Expressen: This is the amount Pelicans earned from the sale of Elias Vilen.

Forward Elias Vilen, 25, left Pelicans last week and moved to Sweden’s Allsvenskan to join Kalmar HC.
According to Expressen, Kalmar paid Pelicans about €28,000 for Vilen. The paper reports that Pelicans initially asked for much more, a sum of €47,000, but Kalmar managed to negotiate the price down significantly.
Kalmar also has to pay Vilen’s salary for the remainder of the season. This amounts to about €28,000 gross, according to Expressen.
Kalmar is seriously fighting for promotion to the SHL. They are in the top battle of the regular season. The league champion is promoted directly to the SHL.
Vilen played 38 games for Pelicans this season, scoring 7+10=17 points. He has played one game for Kalmar so far.
