Tappara faces KooKoo in Kouvola on Saturday in the Liiga round. The match starts at 5:00 PM.
Tappara has suffered a significant setback ahead of the match. The top name in the Liiga scoring list, Benjamin Rautiainen, is not included in Tappara’s lineup. The reason for Rautiainen’s absence is unknown.
Rautiainen, 20, last played yesterday, Friday, when Tappara faced the Pelicans.
This season, Rautiainen has impressive stats of 14+33=47 points in 33 matches. He leads the Liiga scoring list ahead of Saturday’s round with a three-point lead over the next player, his line mate Joachim Blichfeld.
