Ässille again terrible news – last season’s powerhouse out for a long time
The unfortunate injury situation of Porin Ässät shows no signs of easing. The team’s absence report reveals that once again two new players have been sidelined.
From the Ässät roster, Patrik Juhola and captain Peter Tiivola have dropped out. Juhola’s absence is estimated to last 3-4 weeks, while Tiivola’s playing condition is monitored daily.
Last season, Juhola achieved his career-best points, scoring 13+20=33 in 54 games. Tiivola, on the other hand, scored 11+19=30 in 58 games.
In addition to this, the Ässät’s injured list includes Axel Skinnari (1-2 weeks), Eemeli Heinilä (4-6 weeks), Nestor Noiva (5-7 weeks), Feetu Knihti (6-8 weeks), Valtteri Lipiäinen (7-8 weeks), Miro Karjalainen (indefinitely), and Lasse Boelius (indefinitely).
Since last week, Balazs Sebok has been removed from the Ässät’s injury list, so he is now fit to play.
This week, Ässät will play one game. They will face Jokerit at home on Wednesday.
