Porin Ässät’s camp received some great news.
The team announces that the early-season scoring machine Jonne Tammela returns to the lineup today, Saturday, as Ässät faces HPK at home.
Tammela, 28, has recorded 9 goals and 14 assists for a total of 23 points in 18 games this season. He last played on November 15 and had to be sidelined for six weeks due to an injury.
Before his injury, Tammela wore the Ässät’s golden helmet. He remains the team’s top scorer and the third-best point producer.
