Aleksandr Ovetškin’s career continues

Aleksandr Ovetkin continues his career for at least one more season.
The all-time goals leader in the NHL has signed a one-year extension with the Washington Capitals.
Ovetkin, 40, was still in good scoring form last season, as he recorded 32 goals and 32 assists for 64 points in 82 regular-season games.
The extension deal between Ovetkin and the Capitals is worth 4.25 million dollars.
Ovetkin started his career in the NHL in 2005. Next season will be the 22nd for the Capitals’ captain with the team.
