TPS defender Ruben Rafkin is sidelined for the second time this season due to a suspension.
Rafkin, 23, previously received a one-game suspension for hitting Jukurit’s Alexander Ruuttu.
Now the Turku defender has been placed under a temporary suspension due to incidents from Friday’s match against KalPa.
Rafkin received a game misconduct for a kneeing incident involving Konsta Kapanen.
As a result, Rafkin will miss at least Saturday’s match against JYP, which starts in Jyväskylä at 5 PM. A multi-game sanction is possible, but the duration is still unknown as the disciplinary delegation is still investigating the case.
