A player familiar from the league, Jokerit, is changing scenery!

Jokerit defender Hugo Rikkilä will play the rest of the season on loan at Kiekko-Vantaa.
Rikkilä has been on loan at Kiekko-Vantaa for three weeks now and has played six games with stats of 0+2=2.
Head coach Jani Manninen sees a lot of potential in Rikkilä.
– Mehu has adapted to the team really well. He still has a lot of potential, and it’s great that we got him on board for the rest of the season, Manninen says in a statement.
Rikkilä has played for Jokerit for the last two seasons. In the 2024–25 season, he recorded 21 games with stats of 2+11=13, and this season he has 16 games with stats of 0+2=2.
Originally from Espoo, Rikkilä has also played earlier in his career at SaiPa for five seasons.
