A harsh setback for Ässi – power forward sidelined for a long time

Pori Ässät is preparing for the upcoming Liiga season starting next week, plagued by injuries.
The club announced on Monday that power forward Nestor Noiva will be sidelined for approximately 7-9 weeks. New names added to the injured list include defensemen Lasse Boelius and Eemeli Heinilä.
Heinilä will be out for 6-8 weeks, while Boelius’s examinations are still ongoing.
Among previously injured players, Miro Karjalainen (for the time being), Balázs Sebők (1-2 weeks), Axel Skinnari (2-4 weeks), Feetu Knihti (8-10 weeks), and Valtteri Lipiäinen (9-10 weeks) are still unavailable.
Ässät will open its Liiga regular season on September 1st with an away game against Kärpät.
