On Sunday, there will be one match in the league. Ilves and TPS will meet in Tampere at 15:00.

For the first time this season, TPS’s lineup will feature Danish defender Oliver Lauridsen. He received an eight-game suspension last March for hitting Ässät’s Petteri Riihinen in the head. Lauridsen served one game of his suspension last season, leaving him with seven games to serve at the start of this season.

Now Lauridsen has served his suspension and is returning to the Turku team’s lineup. Lauridsen is marked as TPS’s seventh defenseman.

TPS will also get star forward Lars Bryggman back in their lineup and will place him on the second line. Bryggman missed the previous match for personal reasons. The Swedish forward has recorded 4+3 points in six games this season.

Ilves will also welcome back an important piece to their lineup. Forward Benjamin Korhonen, who missed the previous match, will play on Ilves’s third line on Sunday. Korhonen has scored 3+1 points in five games this season.

Ilves has collected 14 points from six games, placing them fifth in the league. TPS’s points total after seven games is 12, putting them in eighth place in the standings.
