Podcast claim: HIFK’s forward jumps to KalPa’s camp!

HIFK forward Otto Somppi is moving to KalPa for the next season, as mentioned in the latest episode of the Veljcast podcast.
The 28-year-old Somppi has recorded 14 points (7 goals and 7 assists) in 50 games this season with HIFK.
Somppi has played a total of 218 games in the Liiga over the last four seasons with Lukko, Tappara, and HIFK, scoring 33 goals and providing 41 assists (74 points). He has also played 160 games in North America in the AHL during his career.
KalPa and HIFK are currently facing each other in the Liiga playoffs. The series is tied 1-1 before the third game to be played on Monday.
