The forward Joel Kerkkänen, seen this season in Tampereen Ilves, continues his career in the Polish top league.
The Polish club GKS Tychy reports that it has made a one-month contract with the 26-year-old Kerkkänen. The contract includes an option for the rest of the season.
– He is an ambitious and skilled winger who can bring a lot to the team, especially in front of the goal and in power play, sports director Jarosław Rzeszutko says in a statement.
Kerkkänen played four games this season in Ilves’ jersey, with a scoring record of 0+1.
A product of Jokerit, he has previously represented teams such as Vaasan Sport and Jokipojat during his career.
