Jukurit made two player signings – one man out
Jukurit announced player news on Wednesday. Defender Elias Ruusu and forward Elias Koponen will continue with the club after their tryout periods. Ruusu’s contract is for one year, and Koponen’s contract covers two years.
On the other hand, defender Patrik Satosaari will not continue with Jukurit after his tryout period.
Ruusu, 25, played the last two seasons in France with Marseille, where he recorded 34 games last season with stats of 3+10=13. Ruusu has played two Liiga games with JYP.
Koponen, 24, scored 17+22=39 points in 35 regular season games last season with Mestis team IPK and added 7+15=22 points in 12 playoff games. In his Liiga career, Koponen has played 76 games with stats of 12+12=24 representing KalPa and TPS.
Satosaari, 25, spent the last four seasons in North America’s university league. He has played eight games in Liiga with Pelicans.
