Kiekko-Espoo’s captaincy for the upcoming season is clear

Kiekko-Espoo has announced its captaincy for the Liiga season 2025-26.
The team’s captain for the upcoming season will be Matti Järvinen. Järvinen, who previously represented Blues, returned to Espoo last season and served as the club’s alternate captain at that time.
The team’s alternate captains are Santeri Virtanen and Joonas Rask. Virtanen is starting his second season with Kiekko-Espoo, while Rask joined the team for the upcoming season from HIFK.
Kiekko-Espoo’s season begins on Tuesday against Pelicans.
