Tappara receives a staggering reinforcement from North America.
Tampa Bay Lightning announced late Monday that they will loan Benjamin Rautiainen to Tappara’s Liiga team for the upcoming season.
The 21-year-old Rautiainen, who had a strong NHL training camp, is a tremendous addition for Tappara. The young top prospect won the Liiga scoring title last season with 77 points in 59 games, scoring 25+52.
Rautiainen impressed NHL scouts at the recently concluded training camp. The Finnish winger was among the last players cut from the final NHL roster.
The Tampa Bay Lightning have loaned Benjamin Rautiainen to Tappara in Finland’s Liiga. Strong camp for the youngster, team is excited to see how he grows further this year.
